JEWELRY RE-SIZING or RE-STRINGING SERVICE:

RE-SIZE:
If you have outgrown your bracelet you may send your bracelet back to us and we will re-size your bracelet and return it to you...just like new! This includes all the sterling silver or gold filled findings. It is $6 per size for a sterling silver setting or gold filled setting. We will include a clean and polish too.

RE-STRING:
If you or your child wear the bracelet on a frequent basis we recommend this service from approximately 9 months to a year after purchase and consistent wear. Even though we create a fine quality piece of jewelry with consistent wear on a regular basis the oils in your skin and environmental conditions such as sun and water can eventually wear and break down the wire on your piece of jewelry. The wire can become vulnerable after this amount of time with lots of wear and use; this will prevent a break of the bracelet and make the jewelery piece much safer and strong again. If you are just looking to keep the size you have and would like your bracelet or any other piece of jewelry (necklace) re-strung please choose the correct service you would like above in the drop down selection menu. And enter any comments you have about the service you are requesting or let us know when you will be mailing the jewelry to us for the re-size or re-string service. Upon checkout the type of mail service you select will be the method that we re-send the bracelet back out to you whether you want regular ground or if you prefer tracking and/or insurance.
